Ingredients
50ml Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
8-12 Basil Leaves
Sprig of Watercress
Method
Muddle the watercress & basil in a shaker & leave to infuse. Add ice, gin, juice & sugar syrup & shake before double-straining into a glass.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with watercress and basil leaf.
