Ingredients
– 30ml Gin
– 20ml Regal Rogue Lively White
– 10ml Crème de Violette
– 5ml Le Fee Absinthe
– 10ml Egg white
– 60ml Artisan Drinks Violet Blossom Tonic
Method
Combine all of your ingredients into a shaker without ice. Dry shake vigorously, add ice once combined. Shake again, and top up Coupette glass with Violet Blossom Tonic.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with an edible purple flower to finish.
