Victorian White Lady
This is a classic cocktail that is made with gin, cointreau or Triple Sec, fresh lemon juice and an optional egg white. It belongs to the sidecar family, made with gin in place of brandy.
Ingredients
45ml Hawkridge London Dry Gin
22.5ml De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%)
22.5 ml Lemon Juice (Freshly Squeezed)
10ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Pasteurised Egg White (Optional)
Method
Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into large cocktail glass.
