The UKU Gin Cocktail
This sour cocktail will be sure to offer you something different compared to the standard sweet cocktail.
Use fresh lemon and clementine juice for the best test.
Ingredients
50ml Gin
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Fresh Clementine Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
Rosé Wine to Top
Basil
Ice Cubes
Method
Rub basil leaves around the inside of a glass and discard. Combine and shake gin, juices and syrup with ice, pour into the glass and float Rosé wine on top.
Recommended Garnish
Place a new basil leaf in the cocktail and a put a lemon twist on top.
