The Kenzie Gin Cocktail
You can entertain in style with this cocktail.
Use fresh mint for the best taste.
Ingredients
50ml Gin
30ml Elderflower Cordial
150ml Prosecco
Lime Wedge
Soda Water
Mint Sprig
Method
Add the gin & cordial to a tumbler. Crush the mint leaves & add to the glass while stirring. Add ice & Prosecco & top with soda. Stir & garnish.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wedge.
