This time of year is perfect for a Spiced Pomegranate Gin Cocktail! Great for a party, cocktail event or winter gathering, we’ll be perfecting this one ready for Christmas!
Ingredients
50ml Gin
30ml Pomegranate Juice & Seeds
Lime Juice
Tonic Water
Olives
Method
Add the pomegranate juice to a glass with ice. Shake the lime juice, gin, seeds & ice in a shaker & strain into the glass. Top up with tonic.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with two olives and a sprig of parsley.
