Southside is gin’s answer to its rum-filled cousin, the Mojito. Southside is a more subtle cocktail, initially created in Chicago during the Prohibition where it was drank by the Southside mobsters!
Ingredients
40ml Gin
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Mint Leaves
Method
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a martini glass.
Recommended Garnish
Serve with a few mint leaves.
