40ml Gin
10ml Freya Birch Spirit
20ml Verjus
10ml Cocchi Americano & Grapefruit Syrup
Ice Cubes
Method
Combine and shake gin, birch spirit, Verjus and syrup with ice. Strain into glass over ice.
