launched just last month in January, by Sapling Spirits!

Sapling Gin History

Following the success of their sustainable vodka,
Sapling Spirits are back for 2022 with a brand new,
sustainable gin. It’s a classic twist on a London Dry;
bold on the juniper, refreshingly zesty, and hints of
rosemary for a herbaceous finish.

For every bottle sold, Sapling plant a tree, meaning their spirits are climate positive. Their planting projects take place all over the UK, both at locations chosen by the team as well as in partnership with their stockists. Sapling’s green credentials are constantly re-examined to ensure that their processes are as sustainable as possible.

Inspiration

Sapling Spirits is a certified BCORP founded in 2018 by Ed Faulkner and Ivo Devereux to inspire sustainable change in the drinks industry and to put positivity into the sustainability movement. The company uses local suppliers and sustainably farmed raw ingredients, which helps reduce emissions from production and transport. Sapling’s grain is farmed in the Wildfarmed method which brings the concept of rewilding to farming. The Wildfarmed system lets nature get on with what it does best – creating a natural environment for plants and animals to thrive.
