This cocktail is perfect for the New Year and contains one of your five-a-day.
Garnish with Lilly Pilly leaves.
Ingredients
45ml Gin
45ml Grapefruit Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
1tsp Marionette Dry Cassis Liqueur
Lilly Pilly Leaves
Method
Place the wet ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake and double strain into a martini glass.
Recommended Garnish
Cover the rim of the glass with salt and garnish with the
crushed leaves.
