Use the Icelandic Eagle Gin to make this tasty Game of Thrones inspired cocktail!
Don’t forget to add fresh berries for the sweetest taste!
Ingredients
60ml Gin
22.5ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
3 Fresh Strawberries
Ice Cubes
Method
Cut the strawberries in half and then cut each half into 3, then place into a glass of ice. Mix the gin, lime juice and syrup together and pour.
Recommended Garnish
Blackberry and a mint leaf.
