Ingredients
35ml Pickering’s Gin
20ml Elderflower Liqueur
40ml Cranberry Juice
7.5ml Lime Juice
Method
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for 20 – 25 seconds. Double strain into a martini glass and garnish.
