This gin was launched after a chance conversation between owners Charlie & Kate Turner, and Dickie & Sally Williams, which saw them put their resources and knowledge together to grow Blueberries, Cherries and Apples at their Herefordshire orchards. After realising that imperfect fruits were being rejected by supermarkets, they used this fruit and spent two years researching the perfect gin recipe using a 150-litre copper still!
The Distillation Process
Each gin is handcrafted using imperfect fruit from the orchard, with blueberries, cherry blossom and honey, combining with flavours of pink pepper, cardamom, rose petals and juniper.
Result & Perfect Serve
The result, a smooth, fresh & pure gin, with distinctive summer aromas which warm the mouth as the Mediterranean juniper stimulates the senses.
For the perfect serve, enjoy over ice with tonic and garnish with pink grapefruit or blueberries and mint.

Penrhos Mojito
This cocktail is sure to refresh your palate!
Use fresh mint for the best taste.
Ingredients
50ml Gin
25ml Apple Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
7 Mint Pieces
Mint Sprig to Garnish
2 Lime Wedges
Method
Clap your mint pieces and put into a tall glass. Add the lime wedges & sugar syrup. Muddle to release the juices. Fill a glass with crushed ice & pour in the gin & juice. Strain in the mint & lime juice & gently stir.
Recommended Garnish
Serve with a slice of lime.
