Penrhos Clover Club
This fruity cocktail is a great use of your Penrhos gin.
Don’t forget to garnish with fresh raspberries.
Ingredients
50ml Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Raspberry Sauce
1 Egg White
Method
Add the gin, juice, syrup & egg white to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake for 30 seconds, then add a handful of ice. Shake until
cold. Strain into a coupe glass.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with raspberries.
