Peck 'em Martini
This is a great take on the traditional martini and will lift your mood!
Use a pink grapefruit twist for the best look.
Ingredients
25ml Gin
20ml Aperol
15ml Cinzano Bianco
50ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
3 Wrists of Grapefruit Bitters
Method
Place the wet ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake and double strain into a martini glass.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with a twist of pink grapefruit peel.
