Orange Martini
Using the classic Martini with a sweet orange twist. Whilst some people argue an orange martini is best with vodka, gin introduces botanical flavours and creates a beautifully complex citrus cocktail.
Ingredients
50ml of Inverclyde Gin
15ml of dry vermouth
15ml of triple sec
1 dash orange bitters
Method
Stir together ingredients in an iced glass.
Recommended Garnish
Float an orange twist on top.
