Meadow Breeze
This cocktail is a perfect way of using leftover sparkling wine!
Use fresh mint for the best garnish.
Ingredients
50ml Gin
25ml Pomegranate & Sparkling Wine Cordial
Sparkling Wine
Rhubarb Tonic
Method
Add sparkling wine & equal parts of sugar to a pan.
Blend with pomegranate seeds & strain. Pour in a highball glass with the gin & top with tonic.
Recommended Garnish
Serve with a sprig of fresh mint.
