A sweet and spicy twist on a classic martini
Ingredients
12ml English Spiced Vermouth
50ml Old Tom Gin
2 drops orange bitters
2 drops Maraschino liqueur
Method
Pour Old Tom Gin straight from the freezer into a chilled martini glass. Add in the rest of the ingredients.

A pared organic orange zest
