Little Bird Negroni
A classic cocktail that never fails to impress!
Don’t forget to use fresh pink grapefruit peel for the best looking drink!
Ingredients
25ml Gin
25ml Campari
25ml Sweet Vermouth
Ice
Method
Fill a short rocks glass with ice and add the ingredients. Stir. Twist a sliver of pink grapefruit peel over the top outer-side down of the glass, releasing the oils.
Recommended Garnish
Lightly touch the grapefruit peel around the rim and pop the peel in.
