This cocktail is packed with fruity flavour.
Don’t forget to use orange peel to garnish.
Ingredients
50ml Gin
25ml Peach & Pink Grapefruit Syrup
Tinned Peach Slices
Sparkling Wine
Method
Dissolve equal parts Pink Grapefruit Juice & sugar in a pan. Strain the peaches & add to syrup before blending. Top-up with wine.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
