This sweet cocktail will certainly give you lots of flavours.
Don’t forget to garnish with a nettle leaf (and be careful not to get stung!).
Ingredients
40ml Gin
10ml Nettle Cordial
25ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
Egg Whites
Ice Cubes
Method
Shake the ice with the gin, nettle cordial, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Add in the whites of an egg and strain.
Recommended Garnish
Place a clean nettle leaf on the edge of the drink.
