115ml Gin
240ml Beetroot Juice
Rosemary Sprigs
Candied Striped Beetroot
Ice
Fill two glasses with gin and juice, then stir well to combine. Add ice and garnish with rosemary sprigs and candy stripe beetroot.

55ml Gin
140ml Soda Water
One Lime Wedge
Ice
Fill a highball glass with ice, before pouring in the gin and soda water. Stir and garnish with a lime wedge.

50ml Gin
50ml Tonic Water
50ml Cranberry Wedge
Lime Wedge
Pour all ingredients into a glass with ice and stir.

This cocktail is full of antioxidants and perfect for your January detox.
115ml Gin
A handful of Fresh Blackberries
60ml Fresh Lime Juice
2tbsp Sugar
Club Soda
2 Sweet Basil Sprigs
Puree the blackberries and sugar in a blender until liquified. Strain the puree through a fine-mesh sieve into two Collins-style glasses. Discard seeds in the sieve. Divide gin & lime juice between glasses before stirring to combine. Add ice to glasses, then top with soda.
Garnish with a sprig of basil
This refreshing take on a normal Tom Collins is a perfect drink for your detox!
60ml London Dry Gin
30ml Cranberry Simple Syrup
20ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Sparkling Water
Ice
In a cocktail shaker, shake the gin, syrup and juice with ice for 15 seconds. Fill a highball glass with ice, then strain in the liquid. Top with sparkling water.

Place the gin, cordial and Grapefruit Oleo Saccharum into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add a sprig of Noble Fir and shake. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with required soda.
