Inkcucumber Collins
The Tom Collins is one of the most iconic gin cocktails. Traditionally garnished with maraschino cherry, the cucumber adds a cool taste to the Collins.
Ingredients
60ml Ink Gin
30ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
Soda water
Method
Shake ingredients together with ice, hard. Strain into a tall glass.
Recommended Garnish
A cucumber ribbon, naturally!
