Ingredients
60ml Gin
60ml Sparkling Rosé
15ml St Germain
30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Lemon Peel Twist
Method
Shake the gin, St Germain and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a Martini glass and add sparkling rosé.
Recommended Garnish
If you like it sweet, add a little syrup. Garnish with a twisted lemon peel.
