Grand Royal Fizz
Get right royal and ever so sweet with this lovely jubbly fizz based cocktail – it’s basically a summer celebration in a glass.
Ingredients
50l Oro Gin
25ml Strawberry Syrup
15ml Sugar Syrup
Champagne/Sparkling Wine
Method
Starting with the gin, ending with the champagne, pour each ingredient in turn into a champagne flute.
Recommended Garnish
Class things up with a sweet strawberry fan.
