Leo Olafsson from Icelandic Eagle Gin is always concocting new cocktails with his team, and the Gin Marsh is one of his favourites.
Don’t forget to muddle the lime for the best taste!
Ingredients
40ml Gin
20ml Mango Syrup
1 Lime
Soda
Crushed Ice
Method
Muddle half the lime and place in a shaker with the gin, mango syrup and soda. Shake and pour over a glass of crushed ice.
Recommended Garnish
Just add a lime wedge.
