Gin Gin Mule
This drink is smooth, fruity, long and cold – exactly what you want from a summery cocktail whilst sitting in the garden or on the terrace!
Ingredients
50ml Gin
30ml Ginger Beer
12ml Simple syrup
22ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
Handful of mint leaves
Method
Shake together everything except ginger beer with ice. Strain and top with ginger beer
Recommended Garnish
A mint sprig.
