Simple and elegant, as any classic should be. Dates back to World War I, but never gets old.
Ingredients
45ml Ink Gin
15ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
90ml Champagne / Prosecco
Method
Shake together all ingredients (except champagne) & strain into champagne glass. Top with fizz.
Recommended Garnish
A long, thin lemon spiral.
