40ml Gin
15ml Dry White Port
10ml Pink Grapefruit Juice

1tsp Lemon Juice
1stp Maple Syrup
Go glam with this stunning Bramble Gin Cocktail! This delicious blackberry gin concoction comes with a hint of sour lemon juice- yum!
50ml Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Crème de Mure
Crushed Ice
Mix together all the ingredients and pour into a glass filled with crushed ice. Add an extra drizzle of the Crème de Mure to top.
The Dill Sour cocktail is a great sweet/sour gin cocktail, perfect for those who like a hint of savoury in their tipple.
30ml Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
20ml Honey Syrup
25ml Apple Juice
Egg White
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker, dry shake, then shake with ice. Fine strain and serve over ice in a tumbler.
Garnish with fresh dill, seasonal flowers and dill pollen for the perfect serve!

60ml Gin
22.5ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
3 Fresh Strawberries
Ice Cubes
Cut the strawberries in half and then cut each half into 3, then place into a glass of ice. Mix the gin, lime juice and syrup together and pour.
Blackberry and a mint leaf.

4 Lime Wedges
Crushed Ice
Muddle the lime wedges with the syrup. Add gin & crushed ice. Stir, then add more crushed ice & top with soda. Serve in a highball glass.

Divide the gin between 2 champagne flutes and top up each with 150ml of prosecco.
Before filling the glasses, add a sprinkle of edible glitter to each flute.
