Far Reaches History
Founded on a love of all things gin and juniper related, Far Reaches’ founders, husband and wife team Andrew and Emma have been directly inspired by their love of travel.
Many of the ideas for Far Reaches’ botanicals came from chance encounters on their trips. After scores of sampled botanicals, tweaked recipes, and a torturous process finding the right brand name, Far Reaches was born – the perfect spirit for travel and adventure.
Far Reaches is hand-distilled in a 500-litre pot still in London. The small-batch process allows maximum spirit contact with each botanical, and even heat distribution throughout the distillation, resulting in a superior product.
The base of this gin is a premium English grain spirit that has been distilled four times, but the real magic occurs when the 13 signature botanicals are infused with the base spirit and distilled together for a fifth time. This five-hour “finishing touch” yields only 200 litres of the finest distillate.
With no additives, flavouring or colourings, Far Reaches’ meets the strict standards of a London Dry Gin. Incorporating five key botanicals, each from a different continent, Far Reaches’ offers a central unique flavor. Kumquat from Asia, Juniper from Europe, Quandong from Australia, Sarsapillia from the Americas, and Grains of Paradise from Africa.
For the perfect serve, pair with a premium Mediterranean tonic water and garnish with either kumquats or an orange slice and a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Far Reaches’ Signature G&T
Enjoy this month’s featured gin with a premium Mediterranean tonic, chilled is best!
Don’t forget to use plenty of ice and garnish with kumquats.
Ingredients
50ml Far Reaches Dry Gin
150-200ml Premium Mediterranean Tonic
Kumquats (or orange if you don’t have any kumquats to hand) and rosemary to garnish.
Method
Fill a ballon G&T glass with ice. Splash in a double measure (50ml) of Far Reaches Dry Gin.
Top up glass with a Premium Mediterranean tonic water.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with either kumquats or an orange slice and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
