Ethelflaed: The White Lady
Alfred’s very much loved eldest child and daughter. Betrothed to the King of Mercia and a fearless warrior in her own right. Strong, sophisticated and beautiful.
Ingredients
45ml Blowing Stone Gin
25ml De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%)
25ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Pasteurised Egg White
Method
Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake for 20 seconds and strain into an elegant coupe glass
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
