This cocktail is the perfect celebration of the English garden!
For the best-looking cocktail, garnish with a cucumber slice.
Ingredients
50ml Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Cloudy Apple Juice
1tbsp Clear Honey
250ml Sparkling Wine
Cucumber
Method
Add mint & cucumber to a cocktail shaker. Crush & add the gin, juice, honey & ice cubes. Shake & pour into glasses. Top with sparkling wine.
