Elderflower Collins
Classic and summery with a citrus twist, this elderflower delight is bursting with flavour.
Ingredients
60ml Valencian Orange Pin Gin
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
10ml Elderflower Cordial
Method
Shake the ingredients together thoroughly. Strain into a tall glass and top with soda water.
Recommended Garnish
Add a touch of tang with a lemon slice.
