Negroni
The negroni is a must-make for the gin lover. These gin cocktails are perfectly garnished with fresh orange peel.
Ingredients
25ml Gin
25ml Campari
25ml Sweet Vermouth
Fresh Orange Peel
Method
Add gin, Campari & vermouth to an ice-filled shaker. Stir until well-chilled & strain into an ice-filled rock glass.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with a peel of fresh orange.
Bramble
There are few gin cocktails that perfectly manage the balance between sweet and sour, but the bramble does it.
Ingredients
50ml Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Crème de Mure
Crushed Ice
Method
Mix together all the ingredients and pour into a glass filled with crushed ice. Add an extra drizzle of the Crème de Mure to the top.

50ml Gin
2tsp Sugar Syrup
25ml Lemon Juice

Method
Add the gin, juice & sugar syrup to an ice-filled shaker. Shake until cold. Strain into an ice-filled tall glass. Top with sparkling water.

50ml Gin
15ml Sugar Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
20ml Lemon Juice
Tonic Water
Soda Water
Method
Add gin, juice, syrup & bitters to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake to combine & strain into an ice-filled tall glass. Top with equal parts tonic & soda water.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon wedge.
Gimlet Cocktail

Ingredients
60ml Gin
30ml Lime Syrup
Lime Juice
Method
Add equal parts lime juice to sugar & heat in a pan. Pour into a tall glass. Add gin & ice, stir & strain into a chilled glass.
Recommended Garnish
Serve with a sprig of lavender.
Tom Collins
These gin cocktails are great either shaken or stirred.

40ml Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
1-2tbsp Simple Syrup
Soda Water

Method
