This gin was launched in 2019 when Hawkridge Distillers collaborated with West Berkshire Brewery to create a gin using their classic mosaic hops that are commonly used in their beers.
Just a stone’s throw from the West Berkshire Brewery, rising serpent-like from the banks of the River Pang lies Dragon Hill. But you won’t find it on any map. Only the locals will know it as such. Once home to The Dragon pub, Dragon Hill Gin pays tribute to the outstanding West Berkshire countryside
and a much-missed watering hole.
The rich flora found on the hillside and surrounding countryside has inspired the fl avours of this premium London Dry gin, with floral notes of lavender, wild blackcurrant and rose, smoothed with a dash of local honey, and a delicate infusion of Mosaic hops to complete the legend that is West Berkshire Breweries Dragon Hill Gin.

Here’s our favourite gin cocktail from this month that you can all enjoy:
Dragon’s Fizz
Served in a wine glass.
This sweet pink cocktail brings the shimmer!
Ingredients
50ml Dragon Hill Gin
25ml Lime Juice
25ml Sugar Syrup
100ml Soda Water
Method
Fill half of the glass with ice, add all ingredients
apart from soda and stir using a bar spoon. Top with soda, give a gentle
stir and add a lemon slice (optional).
Recommended Garnish
Sprinkle over half a teaspoon of ‘Pop a Ball’ Shimmer Strawberry. Bursting Bubbles for a shimmery serve!
