Ingredients
40ml Gin
15ml Dry White Port
10ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
Tonic Water
Pink Grapefruit Wedge
Sprig of Thyme
Method
Pour the gin, port & juice into a tall glass over ice. Pour in tonic & stir.
Recommended Garnish
Pink grapefruit wedge and a sprig of thyme.
