This sweet cocktail is a unique take on the traditional Negroni!
Use fresh, sweet blackberries for the best taste.
Ingredients
30ml Gin
30ml Sloe Gin
30ml Campari
2 Blackberries
Method
Soak the blackberries in gin, then muddle into a mixing glass. Add ice, before pouring over the sloe gin & Campari. Stir until cool, then double strain into a flute.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with an orange peel twist
