A zesty cocktail that puts a spring in your step!
Garnish with a blood orange peel for the best look.
Ingredients
50ml Gin
1tbsp Fresh Blood Orange Juice
1tsp Sugar Syrup
90ml Sparkling Wine
Method
Add the juice, gin & sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker. Top with ice & shake. Pour into a flute or wine glass. Top with sparkling wine.
