25ml Peach Aperitif
25ml Pineapple Syrup
Bitterman’s Cream Orange Citrate
Ice Cubes
Dried Pineapple
Method
Add the gin, aperitif and syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add a dash of the Bitterman’s and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with a dried slice of pineapple.
