Bramble
Sweet and sharp, a bramble is a classic for a reason!
Ingredients
60ml Inverclyde Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon of Honey
20ml Chambord
Method
Add all ingredients except Chambord to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass and top with Chambord.
Recommended Garnish
Finish with a lemon slice – a classic garnish for a classic cocktail.
