The Distillation Process
Organically produced wheat spirit is macerated for 18 hours with 8 botanicals including juniper, coriander, liquorice root, angelica, orris, lemon, Grains of Paradise and Sweet Gale. The spirit is then filtered again in a process the Dutch call ‘dubbel gebeide genever’. More water is added before resting for 2 weeks.
Result & Perfect Serve
The result, a more pronounced juniper flavour with notes of citrus and floral sweetness.
For the perfect serve, serve over ice with premium-quality tonic.
