Boatyard Basil Smash
This cocktail will make you hoist the anchor and rush to the shop for basil.
We recommend using fresh basil for the best taste.
Ingredients
60ml Gin
30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
Large Handful of Basil
Method
Muddle basil and add to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add the other ingredients and shake. Double strain into a glass filled with cubed ice.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
