Blood Orange
Blood Monkey make a bloody good gin (pun most definitely intended). Paired with blood orange, it doubles down and keeps things sharp, tangy, and more than a little complex.
Ingredients
50ml Blood Monkey Gin
25ml Benchmark brown sugar whisky
50ml Fresh blood orange juice
Method
Fill your cocktail shaker with ice, and add in all your ingredients. Shake thoroughly before straining over ice.

A twist of blood orange peel will set off this drink with style.
