Blackberry Bramble Gin & Lemon Cocktail
The Blackberry Bramble is a gorgeous and refreshing summer cocktail with fresh berries, gin and lemon.
Ingredients
50ml Hawkridge Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
6 Large Blackberries
15ml Crème de Cassis / Blackcurrant Cordial
Method
Muddle the lemon juice and blackberries, and then stir in all other ingredients. Pour into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Recommended Garnish
Finish with a classy garnish of blackberries!
