Ingredients
50ml Gin
8 Blackberries
30ml Simple Syrup
30ml Creme De Cassis
10ml Lemon Juice
Slice of Dried Orange
Mint Leaves
Method
Add lemon juice & 6 blackberries to a glass, muddle & add ice. In a shaker, stir in creme de cassis, simple syrup & gin. Combine both mixtures into glass.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with the remaining blackberries, a slice of dried orange and mint leaves.
