Highgarden Cocktail Recipe
Enjoy this House Tyrell-themed gin cocktail, a hit on a warm summer’s eve. This poison is the perfect drink that will leave you wanting more.
Ingredients
60ml Gin
60ml Sparkling Rosé
15ml St Germain
30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Lemon Peel Twist
Method
Shake the gin, St Germain and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a Martini glass and add Sparkling Rosé.
Recommended Garnish
If you like it sweet, add a little syrup. Garnish with a twisted lemon peel.
Mutiny at Castle Black
As we all know, John Snow often faced a torrid time in Game of Thrones (that ending!), and none more so than when the Night’s Watch led a mutiny against him.
For this cocktail, add fresh red berries to enhance the taste.
Ingredients
40ml Gin
40ml Campari
40ml Martini Rosso
Ice Cubes
Method
Crush the ice and add the ingredients, then stir for at least 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Several cranberries or red berries

To give you a kick, the kind that would bring Jon Snow back from the dead, we bring you this excellent cocktail.
Make sure to drink this cocktail slowly to get the best taste.

30ml Gin
60ml Jägermeister
150ml Red Bull (Or Another Energy Drink)
Ice Cubes
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the gin and Jägermeister, before pouring enough Red Bull to fill the glass

60ml Gin
22.5ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
3 Fresh Strawberries
Ice Cubes
Method
Cut the strawberries in half and then cut each half into 3, then place into a glass of ice. Mix the gin, lime juice and syrup together and pour.

50ml Gin
2 Teaspoons Caster Sugar
2 Large Egg Whites
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Ice Cubes
Crushed Ice
Method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, sugar, egg whites and lemon juice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass full of crushed ice.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with a strip of lemon zest.
Winter is Coming
This Moscow Mule cocktail recipe is dedicated to the Night King, leaving you with a chill and zingy taste on your palate.
Make sure to garnish with mint for the coolest taste.
Ingredients
50ml Gin
15ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Lime Juice
25ml Ginger Beer
Ice Cubes
A Handful of Mint Leaves
Method
Muddle the mint leaves and syrup in a cocktail shaker. Pour in the gin and half a cup of ice and shake until cold. Add in ginger beer and stir. Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes and pour over the cocktail.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with a couple of sprigs of mint and a lime wedge.

30ml Cranberry Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Cherry Syrup
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Finely Ground Black pepper

Method
Pour the gin, juices and syrups into an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into a glass. Drop a pinch of black pepper on top to garnish.

Serve with a slice of lime.
