This is a beautiful apple-inspired gin and tonic, perfect if you have home grown apples!
The hint of lemon zest will complement the subtle taste of red apple in this gin cocktail.
Ingredients
50ml Gin
Lemon Zest
1/2 Red Apple
The Ice Co Super Cubes
Elderflower Tonic
Method
Add 3 – 4 Super Cubes to a glass and pour in the gin. Grate the zest of lemon into the glass and top up with tonic.
Recommended Garnish
A slice of apple and lemon.
