Honey Spirits Co History
This gin is inspired by the nature of the Peak District National Park and was founded by husband & wife team James & Ineta. Their goal was to produce high quality gin using only natural ingredients and without artificial sweeteners, colourings, flavours & chemicals.
Each gin is made from 22 natural botanicals from in and around the Peak District, including bee bread, juniper, propolis and sea buckthorn. The recipe used is based on homeopathic remedies which are still widely used around the world!
