Singapore Sling
Sweet, fruity and decadent
Ingredients
25ml Old Tom Gin
25ml Cherry Brandy
25ml Benedictine
Angostura Bitters
50ml Pineapple Juice
25ml Lime Juice
Sparkling Water
Method
Combine gin, cherry brandy and Benedictine. Add ice and a few drops of bitters and stir until cold. Pour into tall glass and add juices, followed by sparkling water.
