The Buddha’s Hand Gimlet
A tantalising twist on an old favourite.
Ingredients
50ml Buddha’s Hand Gin
20ml lime cordial
10ml freshly squeezed lime juice
Bar spoon of sugar syrup
Method
Shake all ingredients together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Recommended Garnish
A wheel of lime, and some star anise.
